Stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was okay but this last stay was pretty awful. The standards have dropped significantly. I actually feel like requesting for a refund. The check in process was slow and inefficient. I was made to feel like an inconvenience - it was a pre paid booking. I did not get a room key for the duration of my stay???? How do you check into a hotel without a room key?First time in all my life. The rooms were functional but not special and poorly maintained.
