Excellent place to stay. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. Beautiful location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We received a bouquet of roses from the manager. We lots received a free upgrade to an ocean view room.

Distracting and noisy construction all around the property that has been going on for months and will obviously continue for many more months. The price of a stay is out of line with the current quality of the property. It is sadly looking old and ragged.

Despite excellent location and really charming interior, we battled against plumbing issues, dusty bedding, very thin walls, and shoddy/inoperable sliding doors. Staff did their best, but don't see a return visit on the cards.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I asked housekeeping (in fluent Spanish) at 8am to come back in an hour to clean the room and furnish us with 4 more bath towels and change one of the sheets on the queen beds since my daughter accidentally spilled coffee on it. Upon our return at 3pm, we went into the room where nothing was cleaned. Same as we left it with no towels. I had to go to linen closet and get my own towels. I complained to front desk manager and he said he couldn't compensate anything since it was booked through Expedia, a 3rd party company. Terrible customer service.

The most beautiful ocean view with a super close walk to the shore. Didn’t catch the hotel concierges name but he was very nice and welcoming with our arrival. Would recommend this beautiful spot. :)
