Imagine your own little private, gated sanctuary, on the water … a stunningly lush paradise that is all yours. The warm, scented breeze … flowers … palm trees … exotic flora and fauna. It feels like you’re far from civilization as you relax at pool’s edge and gaze out over the Pacific, or the magnificent mountain backdrop. Puamana Nani is a 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath condominium. We’re telling you now to give savvy vacationers a heads up, (you will not regret it). AC keeps Puamana Nani cool and quiet! For outdoor enjoyment there's comfortable seating on the front lanai that has a slice of ocean view.

There is a risk of injury for crawling babies and toddlers so please do not reserve with a guest of that age.

Take me back!
Puamana is a wonderful, quiet, well maintained gated community. The grounds are immaculate, and the staff are wonderful. Puamana Nani (the unit itself) is darling, comfortable, and well decorated, with easy access to the beach and pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach daily (loved using the provided beach chairs!). But we didn't use the pools much. The quiet/beachside pool is very deep (I could not touch past the steps and no floaties allowed), and the one closest to the unit typically had large amounts of kids. We did wish we had more of a view of the water from the unit itself, but the space suited us just fine. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. And it was really nice to have our own bathroom, while our teenager had hers. The kitchen was well stocked with more than we needed. We definitely heard road noise, but it really didn't bother us (my husband's snoring was a much bigger annoyance! :) Ear plugs for the win! Annie was an incredibly responsive host, communicating many details prior to arrival, and responding very quickly during our stay. We are already planning our next vacation to Puamana!

First time to Maui
This rental is great. If you are looking for a family friendly location this is for you. At least .5 mile of private beach, 50 steps from the door. Close to town / grocery shopping. Full size laundry. Very well equipped with coolers, full kitchen, memory foam bed. Great host!

Great location, close to most activities. Stayed for 6 night - next will stay longer. Communications with property ow era/manager was great, check in and access was seamless. Wonderful Condo
This was a great Place to stay. Condo had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was quiet with lots of pool access and beach was .. a 2 min walk away. A nice place out of the hustle and bustle but close enough if you want/need it. Would highly recommend staying here.

Best place we've ever stayed on Maui!
We loved the Puamana development and this condo was great. It was beautiful and the ocean was just across the street. Lahaina is a short 15-20 min walk which we did daily. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Can't wait to return.

If you are looking for a secluded spot in a gated neighborhood, with access to a tucked-away beach… then this is your spot. Comes with beach chairs, towels and outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Wonderful place. Well loved and cared for. Beds very comfortable which is hard to find. Bedding and linens are top notch. Has everything you need. Don’t pass because of very minor road noise. It didn’t keep us up or wake us up. Very secure property. Annie checked in with us but we didn’t need a thing. Stayed a week and loved every minute of it. Would go back next trip to Maui. Can’t say enough about the location and how close and convenient it is. Thank you Annie, fabulous!

The whole family enjoyed our stay on the property. The location gave us easy access to other parts of the island. Low key property serves as an antidote to the resort frenzy else where. As noted the property is exposed to road noise which we acclimated to pretty quickly. Annie was always available through our stay. We would definitely come back.

This property was amazing. Annie was wonderful in communicating and answering any questions we had. The home was stocked with everything you would need, from beach chairs and towels to a coffee maker and shampoo. Other reviews note the road noise. There is road noise but it wasn't terrible. We were able to sleep well and enjoy our time. We would definitely stay here again!

Super convenient to Lahaina, close enough to shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood with mature tropical landscaping. Townhouse is a little older but has modern updates. Do stay here if you don’t want all the hassles of a mega resort.

I wish there were more stars to rate this property and host. The condo is just as it looks online, but what you can’t see is the beautiful lush garden like property where the condo is located, The condo is literally just steps to the beach from the front door. Kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked breakfast and made dinners a couple times and had plenty of cookware, silverware ect. The owner has a great eye for decorating and the condo is so beautifully done. The beds, bedding and pillows were all super comfortable and plenty of towels too. There were beach chairs we used to walk to the beach edge and watch the amazing sunsets and whale activity. We sat out front every morning drank our coffee on the cozy patio furniture and planned our day . It’s a very nice place to take a morning walk, the property location is close enough to walk to downtown Lahaina which we did a few times 15-20 min. The host/owner is very thorough with her communication. It was a wonderful time in Hawaii and our home away from home made it a perfect stay! Thank you thank you!
