I am super impressed and touched with the exceptional thoughtful services that provided by each of the staff I encountered and talked to. Gorgeous swimming pool, best location that was so convenient to explore the dragon teeth and beach, blowhole etc. Such a wonderful &beautiful place in Maui!

Upon arrival we were told our purchased room wasn’t available. That it is not guaranteed. Members of valet were not friendly. Our first time staying at a Ritz and was really looking forward to a grand experience and we were left disappointed at the overall experience and hospitality.

Staff was amazing and friendly! Thanks to Lusi K and Susie for accommodating us to the ocean view room we had booked, we had an amazing experience! Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked. Had a wonderful stay for our anniversary and we definitely will be back! The service was impeccable and everyone was SO friendly wherever we went in the hotel, even the housekeeping when passing in the halls. It's so rare these days, even in top hotels. Breakfast was a little overpriced for the ala carte menu, but the food in every restaurant was very good. Had the best massage of my life at the spa (Holly is AMAZING) and wished we had planned to spend more time there. Have stayed at other Ritz hotels that don't compare. Can't wait to go back!

The rooms are huge and very nice. The staff is attentive and friendly with overall great customer service. The pools are excellent with seating always available. We really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This is a gorgeous property but it’s north and set back far from the beach. The original plan for the hotel site is a protected burial site.It explains why hotel is set back. One average with resort and parking fees and taxes it’s 100$ a night additional to the nightly cost. The drinks are 20-30$. Staff is friendly and rooms are spacious but the balcony and views of the beach are subpar for the price. Umbrella included but no beach food or drink service. The shuttle service only takes you within Kapalua you must drive or Uber everywhere else. The 2 beaches south of the hotel are more family friendly. Hotels there not as luxury but they are right ON the beach . Overall views are breathtaking for our first time to Maui but I probably would have stayed somewhere else knowing the micro climate and beach distance. We got a great deal through Expedia but unable to get Marriott points for the stay.
