Our home is an older "beach-worn" home, it is CLEAN and well kept. This is a 2 to 3 star rated home. It is old and worn however, it is 100 feet from the beach and ocean thus the affordable price for 11 occupants. Hawaii is a tropical environment which means you are almost guaranteed to see cockroaches, chickens and sometimes furry friends. We have professional pest control but it is nearly impossible to guarantee you will not see something. The pictures are of the actual property however, they are professionally done so they obviously show the best sides. Before you book, please consider what I wrote above. I would rather you find a place that more aligns with your style than have you stay and write a scathing 1 star review.

This 5 bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom island-style beachfront house has breathtaking ocean views and a beautiful natural beach with crystal clear water, white sand, and large, tropical mountains in the background. Great for swimming!

The view from the Ocean to the property is amazing, with the sandy beach and green tropical mountain backdrop. The property is ideal for both families with children, and those seeking privacy, peace and quiet. NO EVENTS ALLOWED, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS ALLOWED. Each bedroom is furnished with island style furniture and accessories. There are window-unit AC's in all 5 bedrooms.

A large living room area features a sliding glass door overlooking the backyard out to the ocean. Dining table fits 8 people, there is cable TV and wifi internet access. The kitchen features full-sized appliances, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare simple or gourmet meals. There is an outdoor built-in barbecue propane grill.

Activities and Attractions: Beachfront property on gentle Laie bay (beautiful white sand beach in the Laie on the North Shore of Oahu, protected from large winter swells by outer reef). 1/2 mile to grocery stores, brand new Pounder's Restaurant, other restaurants, and the newly renovated Polynesian Cultural Center. The Polynesian Cultural Center (Hawaii's #1 paid visitor attraction) is only 1/2 mile down the road. Local shopping includes the Laie shopping center (only 1 mile away). Laie shopping center has a grocery store, a hardware store, an automotive store, a flower shop, a laundromat, a movie theater, banks, a beauty parlor and many others. The Polynesian Cultural Center has a new marketplace with locally owned shops for souvenirs and gifts for friends and family back home.

Across the street are hiking trails in lush tropical rain forests to a waterfall! Great trail running too.
