The breakfast was ok. There was trouble with the elevator during the morning. I reserved a mobility accessible room with double beds and when I got there I was told they did not have any available. As a result my grandmother with bad back and knees could not shower and had to struggle to get off the toilet. In addition, we were on the 3rd floor so the elevator acting up was worrisome. If the tech had not gotten it running we would have had to call the fire department to get her down stairs.

I’ve stayed here several times and really haven’t had issues. This time…1) my in-room phone did not work and there was no offer to have it repaired, 2) I figured out my phone didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk, 3) I tried calling the front desk because there were no towels in the bathroom and 4) the bathroom floor was sticky. I always wear slippers in a hotel room. My slippers would stick to the bathroom floor!

The fotos don’t match the actual property. Very understaffed. Dirty bedsheets. Hairs in the bathroom. The outside, by the pool was awful. There were cockroaches and is was a mess. Bad coffee en limited breakfast. For this amount of money i expected more..

The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, pleasant, and efficient. Steven helped to make our checkout easy and stress free. The breakfast was great with lots of yummy options. The beds were nice and comfortable too!

The room itself was nice but the elevator had to be reset several times and eventually the staff refused to reset it altogether. I stayed on the 3 rd floor and checking out was very inconvenient. I had to ask for several different things at breakfast because the staff hadn’t put it out and was too busy in the back chatting instead of taking care of filling the coffee or putting out some plates.

It was decent for the price.
Walls very thin. Could hear everyone’s conversation. Unless air conditioning was on it seemed quiet. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Check your credit cards used to check because there were all kinds of charges!!! Beds were very comfortable!

Broken Elevator, Fruit flies, and lazy management
When we checked in the front desk, clerk already getting chewed out about the elevator so that should’ve been fair warning. When we got into the room, there was fruit flies everywhere and the following morning the elevator didn’t work so we had to go up and down the stairs. And that evening, I got stuck in that elevator for 10 minutes and had to call the front desk to let me out. I asked for a refund and the front desk clerk called me late at night harassing me asking why I wanted a refund when I got out of the elevator, I’m sorry But they knew this elevator wasn’t working all weekend. It’s been two days since we checked out. I have called multiple times to talk to management and I keep getting multiple excuses. He’s either on vacation or he has Covid. I’m sure I’m not the only one pestering him.
