"Hotel location is not near station but regular free shuttle service provided by hotel made it convenience to travel. Breakfast can be improved. Hotel staffs are helpful and hard working to keep things in order."

Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

You can tell they are trying to renovate as much as they can with what they have, and the common areas look lovely. The open air onsen was incredible as well. It was overall such a nice experience.
