Nightmare from hell.
Our room was covered in black mold. Ceiling, and walls even bathroom had black mold . Everything was covered I. Dust I wrote my name in the dust. Lady at front desk said we could get a different room. Or our money back. Because we booked it on hotels.com. We sleep in care and waited till morning to talk to main person on duty. The guy informed us there was nothing they could do because we booked third party. Even the shower was broken and couldn’t even use it . I turned the hotel In To the city for all the black mold.

I don’t even know where to begin. Food was left in the microwave from God knows when. Shower rod was broken, you couldn’t even close the curtain, turned water on spout was broken, squirt, water all over my clean clothes for after I shower. Cuts and holes all in the carpet. The sofa had a huge lean to the center. The door did not lock from the inside for the safety lock. Bottom of the walls was black. I had two toddlers, with no working TV. Remote was dead, and TV wouldn’t change to any channels. Refrigerator smelled like something died in it. My mother is in a wheelchair and we were put in a second level room with no elevator access. When asked to move to the lower level, was told it can’t be done. I was extremely disappointed, the pictures on Expedia make this place look like a great place just to spend the night… I hope the next person who has the same thoughts that I do when booking read this and can spare their family from enduring this place.

When we arrived we asked for our room style that was booked- Double room king bed and was informed there's no such thing. Unfortunately it's listed on here so I'm assuming it's listed wrong. We arrived to our room and there was a musty smell, the TV wouldn't come on and the bathroom light didn't worm. I went to the front desk and the attendant came to my room. He flipped the bathroom light switch like 25 times and it finally came on, he advised not to turn it off. The TV was turned on by him using the TV keys (not the remote) and I was told to adjust the volume and turn off/on the TV by theses functions and not the remote. He then leaves and less than 5 minutes later we notice a huge puddle under the AC unit. I also noticed floor repair and new damage in that same area. Walk back to see the attendant (they do not have phones in the room) and he advised it's leaking as the as isn't level and said he would bring some sheets and towels to place under the unit to catch the water during the stay. The room stunk, the tub faucet barely worked, rust in the tub as well as the sink. This facility was about $40 less than a brand new hotel a few blocks away. We should have booked the new place, unfortunately I learned the hard way. We didn't stay for breakfast, I was too grossed out with the entire complex to even think about eating their food.

The room was attractive, convuent and was a good price. Apparently it isn’t used much cause my husbands socks were dirty from the floors in less than an hour. There was only one cup, one hand towel, no tissues. The remote did not work except from the guide but there was no volume or channel changes or mute functions. Had to use buttons on side of tv. staff at checking was friendly but not existent at checkout. Would possibly stay sgain due yo convenience but make sure things work and are clean.
