The manager at the front is very rude and has no personality whatsoever. He could Not help us with a single question that we asked him. Our jet bathtub was dirty and so was the bathroom. When paying extra money for a jet tub and balcony room, you’d think that the hotel would at least clean properly.

The sink is in the bedroom so that was different. Everything else was as advertised and the room was in good condition. I don't have any complaints, not even small ones. I could not figure out the heating in the room & did not ask, but I brought warm clothes so I was prepared for the cold winter weather anyways.
