"Lots of towels, spacious room, love the nail, toothbrush, shaving kit. Did not like the limited tv and no option for streaming."

"They gave me their most sought out suite - which was a lovely surprise as it came with a private balcony. I had an amazing view over the Botanical Gardens which were beautiful to walk in after an amazing dinner (tuscan chicken) in their dining room. I had free street parking for one of the nights. Staff were so helpful and it all supports a good cause. "

"Really nice place to stay. The room was a great size, the bed was really comfortable, it had a great kitchen. Overall it had everything i needed and the service at reception was great. There is a supermarket and other shops close by also, all easy walking distance"

"On my first evening, I noticed an issue with the toilet - it constantly made a dripping sound that was quite maddening when trying to sleep. I told the front desk, in hopes that they could send maintenance to fix it, but as it was the start of the weekend, I was told that might be a while, so instead they just offered me a new room. I was impressed by their commitment to do right by me — it would have been much easier for them to just call maintenance and leave it for Monday. "
