Everything was incredible on the trip. I enjoyed my stay while I was there. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the lake. However, when my boyfriend and I went to our room to check it out, we noticed something on the wall that made us a little grossed out, which was a bloody booger on the wall. We didn’t let that stop us from enjoying our stay. The environment was amazing as well with an amazing indoor pool and hot tub. Thank you all for a wonderful hospitality, I would love to come back soon to stay at this hotel again.

The renovations in your lobby are beautiful. The Italian restaurant was very good. Our room was stuck in the middle of your area being renovated. The plywood divider in the hallway was unsafe. In my opinion. The renovations of the room were lackluster at best. Overall, I was a little bit disappointed because I had paid the exact same rate to stay at the grand Geneva the night before

Such a great time at this property! Found a great deal on Expedia. It was about a 5 min drive to the downtown area. I would say they have construction going on in the hotel at this time and it was very confusing to get to our hotel room. When booked we asked about free breakfast in the morning which they said they have, came to find out that’s not the case. Also was charged a $25 fee after we checked out which I called and learned that this is a resort fee for using pools and such. They said a lot of people aren’t told about this and will refund us the money. Other than that the beds were very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Beautiful property. Wonderful one night getaway. Still under renovation so it was hard to find your way around. Arrived early as I thought check in was at 3 my mistake it's 4 and the gentleman at the desk insured me it would not be ready until 4. It was ok we explored the grounds and sat by the firpit for 2 hours. It's was beautiful grounds and many restaurants to choose from. Nice pool area. We would definitely go back.

The hotel is undergoing a rebranding and renovation so it was a little inconvenient trying to get to the lobby. We have visited at other times of the year and know how vibrant and well appointed it had been. Looking forward to visiting again when the renovations are complete.
