The king mattress in our room # 162 was horrific. It was very soft, so that you sank down in a valley with mountains of lumpy mattress fill on either side of our bodies. Neither my husband or I slept AT ALL. The smoke detector was out of compliance. The bathroom was shabby and bathroom floor appeared dirty. We were up and out of room by 7AM, because we were so uncomfortable. We will NEVER stay at Best Western again.

Eloise, the woman who was in charge of breakfast was fabulous! Our room did not have any wifi features. Make sure you bring a cable and phone cord adapter (block or cube). No elevators, just walk up. Overall very nice!

Enjoyed our stay at Best Western of Lake George. The indoor pool and hot tub was good. Breakfast was great, especially the DIY waffles. The rooms were in good condition.

A great location, at the edge of the village and away from all the hubbub and noise there. The property seems to be in need of some grooming, looking a bit on the tough side. I’d rate it a B- or 3-starred property, but good enough for a base camp. Would we stay here again? Maybe, but we’d look around at some alternatives first.

I did not like that the room's tv was inoperable and, despite a hour wait, no one came to fix it. Also, far too many dogs in the building - highly allergic to them and it was an issue.
