Boulderview comfortably sleeps 25 guests in 8 bedrooms and loft. The bedrooms are spaciously laid out over three floors with three bedrooms and a primary suite on the ground level, two bedrooms and primary suite on the middle level, and one bedroom on the third level plus a loft with single daybed. The flexible layout of our home is perfect for larger groups that are looking for privacy and space. Enjoy the comforts of our home which includes log style furniture, queen sized mattresses, closet and dresser space, and Smart TVs in each bedroom.



Mountain Top Living and Open Concept Design

Relaxation is effortless in this stunning Mountain Top residence with over 3,500 sq ft of living space. The main great room seamlessly integrates into an open-concept floor plan that connects with the dining and kitchen areas.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a large refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven with five burner stovetop, commercial sized beer/wine cooler, and plenty of workspace for preparing large meals. With breakfast bar seating for three, bar counter seating for four, and a dining table accommodating twelve, your group will have plenty of room for unforgettable vacation meals.

A 75” Smart TV sits atop an indoor/outdoor fireplace, creating the perfect space for game watching and entertaining. Bathed in natural light that pours in through an abundance of windows and vaunted ceilings, this living space offers a panoramic view of the breathtaking scenery outside.

Step outside to our large outdoor deck equipped with a Weber-Genesis Grill, picnic tables and ample lounge seating. Amidst the towering trees and wildlife above, you will find yourself submersed in nature as you enjoy unobstructed views of Big Boulder Lake and the vast rolling hills of Hickory Run State Park.

Our second great room is located on the lower level with walk-out access to the outdoor patio and hot tub. The lower level great room also features a 72” Smart TV and flows into an open-concept game room with a professional sized 8’ pool table, full sized arcade gaming machine.

Local Amenities

We provide a limited number of beach passes to provide access to our private beach on Lake Harmony during summer months. Additional beach passes can be purchased on-site. Please reach out to our team with any questions.
