We got LOTS of parking!! Double sided driveway with an 80' long drive through area across two 40’ long parking areas. And another 40' deep gated parking area off the main driveway in the gravel back yard. 40’ off street parking along side street. SO many places to park..... Note the front driveway has more slope than the main side drive does.
Once you park, jump in our newly redone, heated 28' pool and spa. All new in 2021! Pool/spa heating may be added for an extra fee per day of stay when requested at time of booking for scheduled heating.
Fenced private pool area with covered patio and grill with Stunning views of the Foothills. Or look from the back of the yard to the west and see our lake view.
All new finishes, appliances and furniture inside. Soaring ceiling in living room to windows so high that they serve as skylights. Beautiful decorative fireplace and 65" 4K TV with streaming functions. Direct TV service provides over 120 channels of viewing. SCREAMING fast 5G WiFi typically running up to 200+mg.
2 King Bed rooms including a Master EnSuite with massive walk in shower and extra day bed (for the little one that needs to be nearby). Bunk room has full over full bed and separate elevated daybed to provide room for up to 5 in 1 space. Great for 2 sets of kiddos, while each set of parents has a private room.

Very nice eclectic home. Great for large families
We really enjoyed this home. It has some unique features and is setup great for larger groups. We didn't realize before we booked, there was a charge for heating the pool and spa. It is on the listing. We took care of that and it was wonderful.
