The bedrooms are divided into two distinct zones. The private master bedroom with an ensuite is situated near the snug, separated by a small kitchenette. The other two bedrooms are off the living area: one Queen bedroom features a large window, overlooking the mountains and where you can see the lights of Cardrona ski field at night! While the third bedroom, sleeping three, has a door leading to the backyard. Both rooms have air conditioning units, and a powder room and family bathroom are located between them.

Downstairs, the garage includes a full laundry and a drying room, ideal for drying ski gear during winter. There is ample space for one car, along with bikes and skis. Additionally, the property offers space for two more vehicles.

Amazing walking trails and bike tracks are right at your doorstep, and the stunning Lake Hawea, the Hawea pub, and the local café are just a 2-minute drive away or 10 minute walk via the lakefront walking track and Scotts beach picnic area.
