"We are a family of 4 and stayed in the junior suite. It was a beautiful room, clean, and modern. It was hard to find a larger room that would fit 4 people in Tokyo and I’m so happy I found this hotel. We had enough space for sleeping, hanging out and for our luggages. We all enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice to relax at the hotel after a long day of exploring the city. The train station is very close to the hotel, about 5-8 min walk. It’s only 1 stop away from Shinjuku. I would stay here again."

"About a ten minute walk from Shinjuku station, which takes you out of the craziness but is still convenient Rooms are not super small Comfortable Towels and water delivered each day with more amenities available "

"The fact that you don’t have to pay for onsen because this hotel has one is a plus. Bathroom is clean and love the amenities. Make sure to look at the square footage of the room when booking. Some rooms with double beds are small and no closets. Luggages can be stored under the bed.The breakfast buffet is really good and there is also a restaurant in the hotel."

"We stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro in Dec. 2022 and were so impressed with the hotel that we chose to stay again in Nov. 2024. The room is comfortable and well laid out. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start each day. The staff, from the lobby to housekeeping, are excellent and friendly. The hotel is immediately across from Ikebukuro station providing easy access to trains to get you anywhere around Tokyo's 23 wards. This is a great place to stay and I will stay here again when visiting Tokyo."
