So relaxing. Beautiful. I stayed in the lodge which still had the rustic feel of a log cabin, with modern washroom. Only downside that I can mention is that the room had no kitchenette, only a mini fridge and microwave. With no restaurant on the property (small snack shop) I was limited to what I could prepare to eat. I did love my stay and would return anytime!

Really nice location. Absolutely beautiful. Cabins were so nice. Booked a place for 6 adults only had towels and warm blankets for 4. Had to grab extras the night after. Felt the staff didnt believe me there weren't enough blankets. Anyway, good experience and well worth the money. Great family ski weekend! Highly recommend, lots of power outlets and services.

Winter Getaway of Our Dreams
We had such a good wintery getaway to this beautiful resort in the woods. The staff was great and our room was super cosy. We loved sitting by the outdoor fire, riding the fat bikes and using the sauna and steam room.

Super gorgeous scenery. The complimentary coffee was great. Love the decor of the room, the jacuzzi, the bed and the rocking chair. It was an amazing experience. If I have to be nit-picky, the water pressure of the shower isn't quite strong. The room was very clean, however I can see a layer of dust on the upper part of the wall on top of the couch. It doesn't affect my experience too much as I wouldn't be touching that area, but considering the price, I would have expected more thorough cleaning. But overall the experience was great!

It was a nice trip . The cabin was cozy and there is a river beside the basecamp. The sound of the river was so peaceful. We enjoyed fully.

Not impressed.
This was our worst stay ever after coming up as a family tradition for last 5 yrs. Furnace was an issue before we were even unpacked. Maintenance manager very condescending and rude over fire place but if someone is paying over 500 a night you expect things to work. Housekeeping never took garbage out tidyied up when they knew we were out. Wood would not be restocked on third night. We were on a family vacation celebrating cancer free and time together. Very disappointed in service this time. Housekeeping lost out on a tip and the basecamp lost our respect . People spend our hard earned money up there. Not the friendliest stay nor professional.

If you want a quiet, cozy and beautiful mountain setting, this is the place to go. Mid-November, for our 32nd wedding anniversary, it was magical. Staff were so friendly, freshly ground coffee provided in the suite, comfy bed and bedding, firepits, twinkle lights - it was all wonderful. It’s an easy and pretty 15-minute drive to Lake Louise to get to restaurants. Even the non-kitchenette suites had glassware and mugs to use rather than plastic and paper. Loved it!

We loved our stay in cabin 2. The fire by the river and board games kept us busy at night! Only down side was the breakfast burritos were the only option and wasn’t good. Everything else was amazing!

It was a piece of heaven. The stillness of the surrounding Banff National Park. Indescribable. I recommend this stay to anyone heading to Banff!! Staff was very kind and courteous. My room was peaceful and spacious and warm!!
