Amazing Sunsets, 4 bedrooms, shared dock, boat slip, Lily pad.

Fresh and new for the 2025 season. New flooring, wall-to-ceiling, fresh paint. It is the perfect location for a group that wants to stay close to Bagnell Dam. This private vacation home is on the lake, with a few steps down to the dock. Guests have a boat slip and Waverunner pad. Features include a large Main Suite with a King bed and private bath; the other three bedrooms are all queen beds. One queen bedroom on the upper has two twins. Some of the bedrooms have wifi TVs for your enjoyment.
This vacation home has an upper or lower kitchen, so you have two full kitchens. It's nice to have two refrigerators and three bathrooms in a four-bedroom house. There is comfortable living room furniture on each level with solid wifi and Smart TVs. Patio furniture and gas grills are also available. 2 MM is close to shopping, restaurants, and golf, and other vacation units are available in the area for larger groups—trailer parking and parking across the street. The dock has electricity for fishing boats.

Plenty of space, beautiful location
We enjoyed our stay at this property. We had plenty of space for our large family (4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 bathrooms). This home was equipped with plenty of towels for the lake, the dock was easy to access (although you do have to walk down a gravel path, which may not be ideal for older individuals), plenty of seating outdoors, and 2 grills were convenient. The property owner was very responsive- we did have to contact them regarding a minor issue- and they sent maintenance over quickly. Parking is tight- it would be difficult to park more than 3 vehicles. Overall- we had a great time on the lake!

Need the dishwasher fixed. Linens were awesome! Parking was a bit odd. Suggest you put a door on the master bathroom. All in all, we had a great time/experience.
