Staff was wonderful. Informed of all the services. Bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows, shower was great. Only two complaints floor was filthy and tv audio kept going out. Otherwise a great stay.

We found this hotel a good value. Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was undated, comfortable and very clean. Ice machine was broken, but staff helped me find another one. Breakfast being offered was a surprise, but selection was poor (carbs only, no protein) and no regular coffee was available. My rec to property: either improve your breakfast or don't offer one. Why leave a bad final impression of your property?

Very old building. Rooms are not updated. Bathroom shower was in disrepair and just old. Was mostly clean. The bed was as hard as a rock. Not a comfortable stay. Left after 1 night. Forfeited the second night and drove home.

The pictures of the property don't really match the real thing. This hotel is almost like a campus. There are different buildings you are sent to. The building we were sent to had doors on the outside of the building like a motel. This should be advertised better because I did not book for a motel room, I booked a hotel room.

Amazing Bargain Off Season
We enjoyed staying here! It was not very crowded, which was a plus for us. Though we did not use them, the indoor pool and exercise room looked wonderful. We did take advantage of the Happy Hour and spectacular views of the lake.

Room with no view
Beware of “lakeside” room. Yes, you may be facing the lake but what they fail to tell you is that there may be a build in between your room and the lake. Then when bringing up the extra charges for a premium room, you will be treated as if you were the unintelligent one that didn’t read. Manager somehow felt that SHE was the victim. The motel is not very well maintained either. My room smelled as if it was heavily smoked in at one time and something was done to cover up the smell, almost. I could go on and on about the this motel is failing to provide the quality rooms as it presents in the description, but I’m out of characters to leave a longer review.

New beds
Our room had extremely hard beds to the point we woke up feeling bruised. We spoke to the front desk about switching rooms. Stephanie was WONDERFUL! She let us check a different room with pillow top beds & made the room switch extremely easy!! Not only that but Stephanie was one of the few employees that was extremely friendly, always with a smile & a wave. Stephanie ROCKS!!

It was very old and the bathroom was very small and out dated. Reminded me of a ran down Super 8 back in the day. Had a mildew smell. We had previously stayed in the area to see our son who lives in the area.

The staff here is super friendly. Rooms are clean and nice with super comfy beds. There’s a on property restaurant that has excellent food. The grounds are kept up really well. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
