I was given a room set up for a person with a disability. I didn't unpack and immediately went back to the front desk for a room change. I was told that the second night of my stay that the hotel was "completely" booked and that a room change was not possible. I have no way to be sure but with the number of cars in the parking lot and people around the property during the day, I found it hard to believe that the entire hotel was booked. I think because I booked through Hotels.com, we were not given the same level of service on location.

First time in this hotel. Liked the pool and the hot tub. The Great main room is well as well (with games available). Coffee and tea always available was good. Price paid was extremely high however, so I was expecting a bit better & bette room. Breakfast was good as well.

The best location on the lake. Beach across the street with park. All walkable. Best dog friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. Plenty of places to take the dog. Views from balcony rooms are amazing overlooking the lake. Can't say enough good about it. Will return

We liked the location. The hotel was busy but quiet. We would have liked it if housekeeping had come in daily to freshen things up. Other than that it was a very nice stay! We would definitely recommend this hotel!
