If you have never seen the night sky away from the big cities its worth a look!

No reason to leave but if you do be sure to enjoy the Town of Lake Placid which offers micro brewery and wine a bar as well as many hometown restaurants! There are multiple Wine Vinyards to choose from within a few miles drive as well!
