I went for my daughter’s wedding. The location itself is beautiful on a mountaintop. Unfortunately they were doing construction and it was so loud I was awoke very early by banging and drilling. The staff was informed that I was the mother of the bride at check in and the bridesmaids were getting ready in my room. Knowing that they still put me in a tower that was definitely not walking distance to the venue so we had to take a few trips to the venue via car to drop the wedding party off. When I went into a the tower building it was so nicely remodeled compared to the building they stuck me in. I was a little disappointed by all of the construction vehicles blocking the entrance to the parking garage I was supposed to park in.

We were in adjoining rooms with our friends. Thanks for accommodating that. The room was clean but the refrigerator did not close properly and ruined some of our food. The rooms had fans which were loud when trying to sleep. No air conditioning made for restless and sleep deprived nights.

Our fireplace did not work one of the reasons for booking Tahoe. Called front several times nobody answers. Couldn’t open windows bugs everywhere in screen and window. Elevator scary and fumes of paint really strong

Unfortunately the staff was not helpful when we had issues. Our mattress was a sleep number and it was not working properly. The air must of been disconnected because the mattress felt like cement. When we called no one ever came, when we tried again the only people left were security. Luckily they cared enough to help us. We never heard from anyone else regarding our stay and the inconveniences we had. Very disappointed.
