An attached 2-car garage with direct access to the house
The entire first level floor features hand-scraped cherry wood flooring
A beautiful granite countertop kitchen with a large pantry, wine fridge, and all stainless-steel appliances
Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, ceramic plates, coffee, coffee maker, toaster, blender, food processor, slow cooker, water heater, and more
Custom built-in cabinet in the dining area with an all wood dining room table with 8 chairs. The table comes with a leaf so it can be expanded
The living room offers plenty of seating capacity with a stylish ottoman coffee table with a tray
For your safety, we do not allow fireplace usage in the living room. FIREPLACE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL!!
An Internet TV is equipped with premium Spectrum cable channels including HBO and SHOWTIME
A large Trex deck boasts a Lakeview and a natural gas connected BBQ grill
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed
One guest bedroom has a private bath with Labrador Azul granite slab shower/countertops

Second Floor

The entire second floor is an amazing master suite with French-cut limestone flooring imported from Italy
A large laundry room with Bosch washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets
The spacious master bath with tall vaulted ceilings has 8-foot hand-carved knotty alder doors from New Mexico. It has a large jacuzzi tub, double sinks, a huge walk-in shower. There is also an amazing walk-in steam room with wild sea granite
The master bedroom has a remote-controlled gas log fireplace, granite desktop office space, a TV with premium cable channels, and a large deck with a Lakeview

Lower Level

In the space previously used as a wine cellar has been converted to a small gym with a brand-new exercise spin bike, adjustable workout bench, hand weights, an exercise ball, and a yoga mat
The game room offers a TV with premium cable channels, a foosball table, and a card table in the cove

Backyard

A large fenced-in backyard offers a private hot tub

Disclosure: Water levels fluctuate throughout the year and vary each year based on winter snowfall. Photos of the beach were taken in 2017 when there was a lower water level allowing for more beach access. Please be mindful that there may be less beach during your stay.

 


We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!!  We require a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent, per Douglas County rules.

Quiet Hours:9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced


Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality.

Kindly be aware that after your booking is confirmed, a rental agreement and ID verification will be sent for you to complete to stay in compliance with local laws.

The house was amazing. My family had a great time. It was nice to be just a 7-minute drive from Heavenly, come back from the slopes and have the option to wind down in a warm hot-tub, jacuzzi tub or my favorite, the steam room. We had everything we needed to have a fun and rejuvenating weekend getaway. It was my first time booking with VRBO and Brandon made the check-in and check-out process simple and was very responsive.

Really enjoyed our visit as it was perfect location - quiet neighborhood and convenient location to all you need. Very good set up for friends and family, very comfy/homey and kitchen was well stocked with all needed to cook. A block from beautiful Lake Tahoe with very easy access to beach. Upstairs master suite is fabulous with really good game/exercise room lower level and a great hot tub! Brandon was a great with easy checkin/out and very responsive. Would definitely stay again next time in Tahoe!

Beautiful rental property! Upstairs master bedroom and bath was huge, office, balcony, steam room, spa etc. Lake short walk(2 minutes) just stay right of stairs on beach, my daughter was told to leave private beach left of stairs. Wood deck patio had plenty of seating and lounge chairs, needs new cushions though. Brandon Tahoe Seasons rental contact was accessible and very helpful.

Great location in South Lake Tahoe
3 couples enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath house. The upper floor is an entire bedroom/bath/walk in closet suite. Washer/dryer upstairs as well. The others are smaller, but fine, (two with queens and one with bunks) on the first floor. It's close to everything in South Tahoe, in the community of Zephyr Cove. It was chilly during our stay, but during warmer weather the private community beach is just at the bottom of the hill (house is a street above). The houses in the neighborhood are eclectic and closer together than we expected, but it was generally quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard. Well stocked with essentials and furnishings. A great choice if you want to be in South Tahoe, with a good dinner/drinks option right across the street.
