Way too expensive for what you get. Price was hiked up for summer. Room was worn out and tiny. Parking was blocks away. Other chain hotel down the street was nicer and 1/3 the price. Skip this.

We have stayed at this property before and used to park in a nearby parking garage. When we arrived, we were told the parking was valet only at $27/day - plus tip. It was an unexpected expense, but the valet service was organized. We were in a renovated room which was nice but there were small issues - the bathroom fan never shut off, and we called maintenance to get our room to cool (and it worked after that). The maintenance man was terrific; front desk staff looked tired and was not overly friendly - but it’s a tough job. On the plus side, we were happy with our room. The shower was hot with great water pressure, the room darkening shades worked well, and the kitchenette was nice. The hotel is central, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, super comfy bed and pillows, friendly staff, great Happy Hour. Only negatives were that it's valet only and my car came back to me with a nail in the tire & the pool/spa were closed for refurb which was not disclosed when we booked months earlier. When we asked the manager of there was any flexibility in the resort fee due to this she came in hot and wouldnt let us speak (as if shes aksed this question a lot so shes irritated). She said there are many other things the fee covers and offered lasses to the park and rec pool saying it was open til 5. We ubered over at 4pm only to be told they close at 430 fri/sat so we only had 20minutes. That cost us $22 in ubers.

You will be directed to the concierge counter where they try to sell you on a timeshare, offering dining discounts on restaurants and activities if you schedule a 2 hour sales pitch. Didn’t push too hard, but took about 15 minutes of our time when we just wanted to check into our room, You won’t be able to get into your room early either. They want you to check in when concierge is open at 3:00.

Everything cost extra money. Wifi 27 dollars a day. Parking by valet only. 27 dollars a day. Mass confusion outside upon arriving. One very long line of cars for people checking in. That line is not for valet parking. Valet parking is a different line. No signage telling you which line is which. Valet staff not visible part of the time. Directions to room by check in staff totally confusing. Very, very long walk to room which we were not informed of. Stay someplace else !
