Nice place, close to lake and shops. Liked pool tables and on site games. Comfy rooms. On the down side : Having to park my car across the street and pay a required, daily $27 "Valet fee" for parking was not made clear to me when I booked. Otherwise, the place was clean, staff was nice, helpful and the location was walking distance to shops, beach and casinos.

PROS: a gorgeous building with decent amenities...the indoor-outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ grills and lawn games. All good. As was the on-site restaurant, the Moon Bear. CONS: The parking is HORIIBLE. Valet parking is a joke. There were 12+ cars all waiting in line. Took at least an hour. And they don't allow you to stop and drop off your things? Crazy. TIP go inside and ask to self-park. Same price, but way faster. The garage is 2 block away. Second, the rugs and furniture are quite old and need to be updated. Rooms with a single queen bed? too soft and too small.

Overall it is a nice property with a wonderful staff. The benefit of the excellent sound-proofing between rooms is compromised by the loudest AC unit you will ever hear. Even with earplugs, it will keep you awake at night, unless you shut it off entirely. The staff are great, but don't arrive right after 4 PM as they don't do well at handling peak volume of arrivals and there is not enough room for all cars that arrive at that time. If you want access to a decent swimming beach, you will have to drive. BOTH pools were closed during my visit.

Good location, close to restaurants, shops, beach and entertainment. The bad: parking is valet only...$27/day is way too much. No self parking option. One day during my stay there was only one person fetching cars and it took over 30 mins for us to get the car.

Well Room too small for two king bed, no room to sit except on the bed. Staff was very good. Don’t care for $27 parking, plus it’s a hassle coming and going. I know it’s Tahoe and like Reno and LVagus you extract all the profits you can. But like these places and others, it looks like your loosing customers.

Was a family trip with kids; booked a 2 bedroom suite so we could all be together. We got there at it was 2.. 1 bedroom suites that were not adjoining which was kind of a pain with kids. Parking is All Valet and they do not have enough employees especially at check out or check in for this.

Loved our stay here. Staff were very pleasant. We loved our room - had everything we needed, except a kettle, which would have been very helpful since we have a baby that takes formula. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. We will definitely be back!
