It was fine…..
It was a fine stay and the hotel was in good condition. My only hangup was that my reservation was changed from a king to a double queen because of inventory issues on their end but my reservation was made on the app which is supposed to lock it in. If they had shown any interest in trying to help I wouldn’t have cared but it was more of a tough luck attitude.

Nice stay
Check-in/out easy & friendly. Room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Continental breakfast was good. Parking extra $10 but enough spaces. Room was surprisingly quiet even though it was facing highway & forest. We had a good rest. Would be back if we're in the area again.

The property is adjacent to the Freeway and very noisy so you can't open the windows at night. In both of our rooms, 232 and 305, the HVAC unit had not been properly maintained. There were grinding and thumping sounds that made it impossible to sleep. There is no excuse for not maintaining these units.

They charge $10 for parking, which is soooo stupid. There is no other parking. Every traveler here is in a car. Why not just add it to the room fee and avoid making people grumpy about a ridiculous charge? AND the water pressure in the showers is almost at a drip. Ridiculous. Don’t use soap unless you have an extra two minutes to rinse it off. Pitiful.

Carpet cleaning was going on from when we checked in around 1PM till 6PM. It was a one night stay for our anniversary but we received no consideration. My husband was playing in a golf tournament the next morning so the accommodation was sufficient for our needs. Not someplace I would stay for a special occasion.
