Loved room and the beds-best bedding and pillows ever! It was perfect! Love the restaurant/ice cream parlor/bar downstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back and stay here again.

We came to Hico to visit a local winery. The room was very comfortable and located with in walking distance of shopping and dining. We would definitely stay again.

This was a fantastic property, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was gorgeous with high wood-paneled ceilings and exposed brick walls. It was immaculately clean, with comfy beds and a great bathroom. Having access to a sitting area and a kitchen was a bonus. The Hico downtown was quaint and quiet, with great dining options, some fun shops, and great people. Really a tip-top place that I'd recommend for anyone in the area.

This is a beautiful place. The sandwich shop downstairs is great as is the ice cream. The owners are wonderful people who care about their community. Their music\event venue was great with wonderful entertainment.

Great attention to restoration. Loved the farm sink in the kitchen. Interesting use of antiques, great coffee, linens, snacks (Weisman Trufflles!) and maintaining historical feel of the building. The traffic noise on Hwy 6 side was the only negative. I used White Noise App on my phone & slept well.
