Unpleasant overnight stay
The room was not cleaned very well, bathroom needed more attention than anything else. I informed the front desk clerk, who apologized and offered to move me to another room but none were available. But assured me that he would do what he could to accommodate me. Then at 2:30 am a female "guest" on my floor began banging on someone's door, screaming and yelling for 20 mins. I called the front desk clerk to inform them and 30 mins later the police came and removed the person from the hotel.
