This place is very deceiving, they show rooms but that is not what is guranteed,I made reservations for 1st floor w hot tub and was charged for a premiun room.after we arrived they checked us in accross the street on the 3rd floor and was told that is all they had.room was very outdated ,dirty and at 2am the kight fixture in the bathroom fell to the floor and scared my family to death. Then breakfast states full breakfasy eggs,sausage bisxuits didnt know they meant jimmy dean breakfast sandwich.not what they advertise at all.

We checked in and went to our room. The bed was dirty as if the bed was just remade instead of made with new clean bedding. There was dirty clothes in the room, sheets were stained, pillows were dirty. The night staff was very sincere and helpful. She got us into another room immediately but the room was still not as expected. Bedding was stained. Remote didn’t work, I even tried my own batteries. After 2 days my room key didn’t work and I had to go get it synced again. Overall disappointed with my stay, never had so many issues with a stay. Made it work but would not stay again or recommend unfortunately.

The room was much better than expected given the property. The room was fairly recently updated. Other than that, it was a fairly typical Quality room as was the breakfast. This property is HUGE. Our room was across the street in a building that was behind another building (which was confusing in the dark and after a long day of driving/sightseeing). Guessing that this hotel bought an across-the-street competitor's hotel and incorporated it into the Quality Inn chain.

The jets to the tub were not clean , the carpet could be shown some tlc and parking was limoted. Overall the room served it purpose and everything was generally clean .

Great location for us as we like to walk to the casinos and leave our car parked at the hotel - free parking! We also liked that there was no "resort fee" as we rarely use those amenities. Our room was clean, very comfortable bed, liked the Keurig coffee maker, the small fridge and microwave. It was unusual to not have a closet; for 2 nights we really didn't need to hang clothes, but that would have been nice. I'm sure I could have asked for hangars and used the shower rod. The only other negative for us was the hair dryer as my wife uses a styling brush, but you can't do that at the same time you're having to keep the "on" button depressed - it's really just a hair dryer for a guy. But hangars and the hair dryer were minor details. Our check-in guy was great - super polite and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! The gals who work there keep everything well-stocked and very clean. Overall a 4+ stay - we'd definitely book here again. Thank you!

The motel was nice, check in & checkout were streamlined, the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The inclusive breakfast here was better than any we've ever had! Such a great selection of food that would please the pickiest of eaters.

The location was great, but the room was small, outdated, and dirty. There were marks on the walls, shower wasn’t clean enough. The hallways are very dirty.
