The property was well maintained and clean. There was not enough help anywhere at the front dest or the breakfast to accomadate the number of guests. YOU should give the woman who serviced the morning breakast on Sunday a big fat raise. She was by herslef.She should have quit on the spot but she endured and handled the amount of people. Also who serves bacon bits as bacon?

There were 10 kids unsupervised in pool. Two kids under 12 an aleast 8 ids under age of 5 with swimming inflatables making it uncovertible as well as not relaxing to enjoy for paying $250.00 PLUS for just one nite. Also the water leaked thru shower door in the room while taking a shower. The hotel manger said he would deduct $$ off hotel stay but cant due to Expedia as a 3rd party...

Not that clean. There were crumbs and fallen candy pieces on the floor for several days. I’ve stayed here once a month for a few months and each time it is a bit worse. I would have mentioned it at checkout if anyone had bothered to ask. Time to find a new place to stay I guess. The breakfast is decent and the fitness center too.

Our room was clean we stayed in rm #319, our family stayed in room #421 and there was blood on the chair. Overall the night was good until the maid kept banging on door rm#421 an hour before check-out

Swimming pool was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is ideal for shopping and local attractions. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the back right side as rooms in the front can hear the traffic. Minor inconvenience. Overall had a lovely stay!
