Room was dirty and just dysfunctional the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and was odd cracking in the walls and ceiling hair all over floor wasn’t very clean the pictures look great but they are just pictures building was very dated pool area wasn’t clean full of sand.

My stay started with waiting 5-7 minutes while desk clerk finished a personal telephone call. Got up to my room to find that the safe was already locked. On my way out a short while later, I stopped by the front desk and advised the lady who had been on the phone when I arrived, that I wanted the safe unlocked. She took out a small envelope, dumped the contents on the desk and asked “Which key looks like it would fit?” How I would know that, I have no idea?? When I said that I didn’t know, she told me that one of her co-workers and her would go up to my room while I was out to dinner and unlock it. When I returned a couple of hours later, it was not unlocked. It never got unlocked for the rest of my stay. Also: • there was no shower gel OR bar soap in the shower/bathroom • my room was not visited by a maid or bed made, used towels replaced, waste baskets emptied, etc. on Tuesday. All in all, a really lackluster experience. Likely wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was had a coat of dust on the toilet and furniture (desk and dresser) and my husband found a tag on both beds that said the bedding had been last changed on May 18th. The linen was still fresh though. My favorite thing about the room was the Dove products. They left our hair and skin feeling clean, smooth, and smelling good!

The breakfast area was always clean and anytime food ran out, it was a short wait for a fresh batch. We really appreciated that, along with every staff member we came across were all professional and extremely nice.
