Location was good, Parking was good, check in was good except for the fact that every single day our Key Card would not work including check in. Breakfast was the same everyday & we noted that the bakery items were frozen & defrosted - never fresh. Breakfast use to be much better on previous visits.

The carpet in our room was damp (perhaps they shampooed it?) But it made the room smell mildewed and a bit like urine. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great!

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel. Room was clean, beds comfy, and friendly staff. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices such as waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt, donuts, muffins, bagels, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, milk, etc. Also liked that breakfast was until 10 am. Quiet area and it’s close to things but also far enough out so you don’t feel like you are in the middle of a metropolitan area. We’d stay again.

Not what I expected
I couldn’t say enough about the wonderful staff! Breakfast room and lobby were very clean. There was such a hard working, friendly older woman keeping it that way. That woman works hard! Food was fine, although the same every day. I wished it had a few more choices. Hotel needs updating. Website was misleading. I don’t have a problem with old, but there is no excuse for ceiling stains everywhere, and what appeared to be mold on bathroom walls, and a broken gym! (That was a game-changer. Fix it!!) AC blew damp air unless you lowered it to freezing. Felt unsafe because back and side entry doors are not locked until 11:00 pm. Should have locked key entry on those doors. I didn’t have an awful experiiebce, it just isn’t what I expected from reading the website. The staff deserves better because they are A+.

Mostly good except for the beds
Everything was good to. Great! Except for the beds which were very springy and not very comfortable. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean, the housekeeping staff was good, and the staff was friendly. However, the other thing was that I believe that it was advertised to have had a swimming pool and a hot tub, but it did not.

I have to stay here often. It is a nice place to come for a bit of peace and quiet to relax and write. I love the area. Clean. Decent breakfast. No bothers. I will always continue to come here to refresh myself.
