Although the front lobby attendant was nice, the disregard the staff had for cleanliness is beyond words. Our room was very dirty. There was left over trash in the closet and old coffee in the coffee maker from the last guest. The towels were obviously not washed appropriately and appeared to be dirty and/or used. The sheets were covered with stains and holes. Part of the bed frame was duct taped. The bathroom smelled of mold and the ceiling was stained from what appeared to be a previous leak. The breakfast area was filthy. There was old dried food stuck all over the walls. The pool had unknown slimy substance floating in it. My kids were unable to enjoy the pool. The hot tub was not in working condition. Some of the interior windows around the hotel were cracked and very dirty. The hotel had signs posted on the front window of the hotel that stated it was under construction, but there were no areas that appeared to be currently under any type of construction what so ever. The room was dirty from lack of effort, not from active construction projects.

My mattress that I slept on had a piece of the metal sticking out on the side and would stab me everytime I went to get out of the bed. I also noticed that the comforter had spots of blood stain along the outside. The floors were not clean, sticky soda spots by the sink, as well as the shower liner being very dirty as well. The breakfast food that was included was also very bland. Also, the hot tub does not look like it will be fixed any time soon.

Hotel has pictures of hot tub and when reading description prior to booking it included hot tub in the amenities. Booked hotel. When arriving hot tub not in operation hotel sign says they are renovating. Checking hotel description again. No mention of renovation. Picture of hot tub still there's but not mentioned in the amenities. Was given room 205. Toilet seat was a litter loose. Tub was clean. Sat went to our activities. Came back tub was dirty and toilet seat was completely loose. My husband said he would let them know when checking out. Just found out he forgot to mention it. Toilet seat is a safety hazard. I fell off onto the floor. Had to rinse the tub out. Personally i would not stay there again.

The hotel is very quiet and nice. Loved the pool being open and indoors. The only thing I wanted to do was get in the hot tub but it was out of order which was understandable. Overall I enjoyed the stay with my partner and friends.

I liked the area I stayed in. Very quiet. The pro about it was the pool, we swam. The only thing I was disappointed about was the hot tub being out of order but we still had fun. The hotel is very close to everything. We went there for the Field of Screams. It was very close so I liked it. Staff were very nice and understanding.

The bathroom has a foul odor to it, almost like poop but when i took a shower i noticed the water comes right out even with the curtain shut so probably caused by that. There is stains like other reviews have stated on the carpet, bed and some odd white stuff on the nightstand. The pool was nice but the hot tub was undergoing maintenance which was kind of upsetting. Breakfast was just okay, but they did have a good variety of options. Staff was okay as well, when checking out the lady at the front desk was just sitting on her phone took our room key and said “you can go” Other staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. Overall I would probably stay here again there was nothing bad enough to make me say i wouldn’t but it wouldn’t be my first option.
