The chair and ottoman in the room looked dirty. The desk chair was ripped. Room was shoddy looking. One cake of soap. No coffee machine. Small breakfast area, limited choice. No elevator. Poor reception upon arrival. Certainly not worth price.

This room was one step up from a jai cell. The walls were painter gray without removing nails first, and paint was on the ceiling. The ceiling needed to be painter. There were a lot of small spots looking like bugs. I had to check several times. The window shade was a roll down shade. Very plain. I thought the grout between the tiles was black, but I noticed that it was white right up against the walls. It was simply dirt. The shower had Mold around the edges, and the shower floor look bad. The shower door would not stay closed while showering, so I had to prop it closed. Any hotel would be better.

Spend the extra for a better hotel. . .
Basic rooms and hotel, nothing fancy. Room could have used a good cleaning and some minor repairs. Continental breakfast was mediocre to say the least. Muffins were dry and old, very limited options. Biggest complaint, I saw a “bug” in the bathroom on my last night, it crawled down in a hole in the wall before I could catch it to show hotel staff. Glad I was only there for 2 nights. I would definitely recommend spending the little extra money for a different hotel.

My husband and daughter booked this hotel in hopes of saving a little money. I read through several reviews from this hotel and surrounding. I figured at 7.6/10 I would give this Inn the benefit of the doubt and thought it couldn't be so bad. Well, it wasn't so bad....it was TERRIBLE. -We both had a horrible night sleep as the beds and pillows were uncomfortable- we ended up putting t-shirts over the pillows bc we were just grossed out - The room was muggy and smelled weird- like burnt something in the microwave - The carpets WEREN'T EVEN VACUUMED! We didn't even want to walk barefoot. -The bathroom was dirty and dingy. The bottom of the tub had some weird anti-slip grip material on it, but that was filthy dirty and we ended up putting a towel down to stand on while showering. -The gap under the door was huge like other reviews said and you could hear all the noise from the hallway. - The walls seemed thin. - There were brown splatters of something on the ceiling - NO ELEVATOR. Parents and those who need accessibility BEWARE. - There's a train nearby. - The desk attendant was pleasant when we checked in pretty late at night. - This hotel very much seemed like a place where workers who are in town stay. - Can't tell you about breakfast because we got out of that place as soon as we woke up. We checked out 2 days earlier than planned because of such a bad experience. Comfort Inn was much better. - The only positives about this hotel was that the shower water

It was a weekend trip for my sons tournament. The room felt damp, the carpet was old, the mattress had stains, and the shower was dirty. Thankfully, i travel with cleaning products to bleach down everything!! I would've changed hotels, but the rest of his team was staying there. I would not stay here again! You get what you pay for. The location was pretty good. Near the highway and not far from places to eat.

I liked how it was set back from the highway. I liked the comfy bed and spacious room. I didn't like that you could hear everything in the hall and people were slamming doors. Upon closer inspection, the room really wasn't that clean.

Bed sheets were stained, long hair that didn’t belong to us were found. TV was not clear and barely any channels to watch. Very uncomfortable bed.

The bathrooms were dirty and had several broken items. The shower control was falling off, the towel hooks were held on with rusty Sheetrock screws. The shower was very low and had low pressure so as a tall person it was not very effecive. There was some kind of a mess on the door bumper. The bathroom lighting flickered. The ongoing construction made it difficult to get in and out of the place. As for breakfast, it was the worst I have seen. If that’s the Corporate standard you guys aimed as low as you could! A few slices of bread available to toast, Frosted Flakes or Raisin Bran and if you were lucky there may have been an apple. I would not recommend this place.

There wasn't a decent breakfast included, the shower was dirty, the pillows were small and hard, and there was a gap at the bottom of the door, so when doors closed, or someone talked normally in the hall, it echoed in our room and the hall light shown in our room all night.
