There was alot of roaches and staff are very rude we reserved the room for the next day and we advised staff and the office that we were going to go load money to pay online again and they entered our room while we were gone and put us on the dnr list because of a already broken door had a prexisting hole already and the paste that held the door came apart and theyre blamings us for the door that was already damaged and charging us 100 for the door

Worst place ever!
They denied me my room. I booked it for two nights and I did not check in on the 1st night I booked the room because I paid for it in advance and didn't consider that a concern. Apparently if you don't check in on the day you pay for the room for whatever then you don't get the room! I came in late after a 14-hour day of work and was told by a middle-aged woman with way too much makeup who shouldn't have been wearing the clothes she was wearing that I wasn't in the computer not her problem talk to the people on the app and then she closed the window on me. All of this was said in a scornful mocking contemptuous voice with malicious glee! So if nothing else to do I went to my truck which was parked in front of the window where she could see it and as I searched the app and try to find a solution to my dilemma the whole time she gave me the evil eye from the other side of the window,frowning at me, as if I had somehow done something wrong! I wasn't able to get my money back that I had to sleep in my truck at the ampm parking lot.. that's the palms inn and suites experience! Also I should include the fact that somebody else came in and had a problem and when they raise their voice she called the police on them in the sheriff's arrested them. This happened right in front of me with no doubt as to how it went down. Like I said worst place ever!!
