The property was dirty and dingy. The balcony walkway was dirty and had vomit in the middle of the walkway. The door was flimsy and the refrigerator in the room did not work. The customers on both sides were very noisy and were up all night. They were not visitors they stayed there long term. I believe that most of the people there stayed there long term. They did not clean up after their dogs. Management was not helpful. The didn’t provide us with appropriate towels there was just two bath towels no face towels or hand towels. The tissue on the roll was more than halfway done and there was no other alternative. I did not stay for my entire visit. I left after the first night. I did not feel comfortable leaving my things in the room. The door was very flimsy. At first they didn’t want to give me my refund, but I kept coming back to make sure that they would give me my refund during my stay in the city.

First the key didnt work. The door just kept beeping. Elevator broken. 3rd floor had to walk up the stairs 3 times until finally i was given a room on the 1st floor. Which was a handicap room. Bugs on the wall and on the fridge. Room was gross bathroom was nasty. It had a shower chair which would've been nice if needed but it was dirty and disgusting. Very scary motel. People walking around all hours that aremt guests. Even the front desk is protected from the guest or thebones hanging around. Ice machine had maggots. So nasty and the staff is rude. Especially the big lady and the man. The lady at night was nice. Even housekeeping was rude. The windows are nailed shut, huge fire hazard.

Dirty, noisy, bums sleeping on the stair's, repeated knocks on the door for someone else, and the maid coming in when I left after telling her I didn't need maid service. All in all a dump.

Drug use all outside of your room. Dirty outside, run down inside. No microwave, only thing i appreciate is the ice machine. They have 3 stories of rooms that need to be desperately updated. Homeless people roam the property all hours

Horrible outside, run down inside. Fake free WiFi advertising. Stayed here twice both times no wifi. Homeless people hang out on the stairs and do drugs. Only thing I appreciate is the ice machine. Staff don’t want to be bothered and it shows
