Tried to check in around 1am and no one came to answer, even though they say they have 24 hour front desk. After ringing a bell and calling for about 15 minutes I went across the way to the Doubletree (not much more expensive actually) and got a room. Expedia reimbursed me but I'd be leery of this place.

The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. They property lists that there’s an arcade and when we asked about the whereabouts she stated “what do you expect for what you paid” my response was that it was listed and she just closed the window. There was only one towel in the room and when we asked for another she said we had to wait until the next day. Mind you there was 2 of us. There were a lot of transients on the property, It was a very uncomfortable and stressful stay.
