The staff at the Front Desk were very friendly. The lady who helps with the breakfast was very nice and helpful. The only semi negative I would say is that there was a homeless guy in the very back of hotel in the parking lot, who was odviously on something as was singing pretty loud. He did eventually leave. But that is not really the fault of the hotel.

They overbooked and basically said it was our fault because we checked in later than the others So they gave our room away and tried giving us a room with a king bed I paid for a suite two beds and couch to accomate my family We didnt get what we paid Will never ever stay there again

Room #232 Overall experience is good. Three things only, our door was not properly latching if we dont push it good. Another one is I saw a blood-looking stain on the wall in the bathroom. If the cleaning staff cleans thoroughly, it would have been seen and cleaned. The bathtub drains slow.
