Second floor guest suite with king size bed, private bathroom and private entrance. Includes refrigerator, microwave and buffet server. We are located in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. We are only a few miles from the towns of Intercourse, Bird-in-Hand and Strasburg and just minutes away from outlet shopping, theaters and downtown Lancaster City. Our guest suite is perfect for couples or the solo traveler who want a cozy, convenient place to stay.

Lovely suite

Everything was very accurate to the online description!! It was a wonderful place and community. It was quiet and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Holiday shows and shoppping
We go to Lancaster area for Christmas shopping and the holiday show at American Music Theatre every year. Had always booked various hotels until we found Martha’s. This was our second stay and it was just as good as last years. Location is perfect for what we do and the suite and amenities are nicer than any hotel we’ve stayed at in the area.

Martha thinks of everything you might want or need. Coffee, hot cocoa, snacks, water, sodas, comfy chairs to relax in, snack/ meal area, towel, toiletries if you forgot yours. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Suite is very clean. Way better than staying in a hotel by FAR! Thank you for everything!

The guest suite is so comfortable and has convenient features that make it effortless - motion sensor lights on the stairs and door, snacks and water, clear instructions and explanations, interior lighting in the right places, spare toiletries, etc. Check-in was easy, and the location was great.

Wonderful getaway
Great place to stay. In a very nice quiet neighborhood, close to all the local attractions, and shopping. Martha is great hostess. The suite is very comfortable. We appreciated the snacks, water and soda, that were available to us. This was our second time staying here, and will definitely stay here again.
