The staff was amazing and very welcoming. Reminded me of staying at my aunt's farm when I was little. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely loved the rocking chair on the porch, very relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Cozy and comfortable
The front desk person was very friendly. The hotel was cozy and offered alot of items to make you comfortable in the foyer. The room was extremely clean, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen. I will definitely stay again.

We loved the quiet environment in the room we stayed in. The room was comfortable but noted cobwebs on ceiling in a couple spots like the cleanliness could be worked on. Overall we were very happy staying there.

Nice Place In Need of Some Sprucing Up.
We have been staying at this hotel for the past 4 visits to Lancaster. We love the hot tub which is not available at most hotels for a comparable rate. The hotel is clean but dated. The rugs in the room are old and can use a shampooing. The breakfast has declined from our first visit. Cereal, hard boil eggs, yogurt, bagel, apples and granola bars along with coffee, tea and juice. There are two buildings and coffee use to be available in both buildings. Now it’s only available in the main building. The mattresses are very soft and in need of replacement. The location is near the outlets and Dutch wonderland which gets a bit congested but it’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot. We will stay here again only because of the hot tub.

Good stay. Friendly staff
Had a good stay here, very friendly team up front, affordable prices, and a indoor pool which was a selling point for us with kids. Like everyone else said the rooms are sort of dated. Last remodel was 2012 and beds were very uncomfortable. I could care less about updated rooms as long as everything is clean but I would recommend the hotel invest in new mattresses. Otherwise everything was in tip top shape and very clean overall for age of everything.

This is one of the nicest and affordable places to stay in this area! It has charm and little touches that are a rare find; popcorn cart in the lobby, free hot refreshments, activities for the kids, a very friendly staff, etc. My family and I will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel! Quiet even though right off the highway, clean rooms, polite staff, great breakfast. Pool could have used a vacuum and hot tub jets didn't work well but still a relaxing soak.
