I chose this hotel specifically for their “soundproofed” rooms on a Saturday night, and had the pleasure of being kept awake until 2am from drunken yelling, screams, fighting (a literal fight) and a general crowd of the intoxicated. It would have been fine if my 1am request to the concierge had been met with anything other than “oh, sorry!” and then another “sorry!” when I requested a late checkout to compensate for the lack of sleep. At that price point…idk. I’d have hoped for better customer service when a hotel guests experience falls short.

The Wilbur Lititz, what a hidden gem! This hotel is so well appointed in all aspects. The property and it's transformation from factory to hotel while maintaining the character and history was well thought out and executed perfectly. The room was quite large and extremely comfortable. The cleanliness of the entire property was amazing and appreciated. The staff was welcoming and professional, we could not have asked for more. Loved our stay, will return!
