This has to be the friendliest staff we've ever encountered! Even the guys cleaning up the autumn leaves were cheerful and waved. The room was clean, well-supplied, and well-appointed. The "deluxe continental breakfast" was just that - waffles, sausage and egg sandwiches, biscuits and sausage gravy, fruit, cereal, bagels, plenty of beverage choices, and to top it all off, fresh donuts from the bakery down the road that is owned by the owners of the motel.

Room was very clean...beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming...breakfast was a surprise..waffles..donuts...biscuits and gravy..fruit..yogurt and more! I expected coffee and danish and was pleasantly surprised...would not hesitate to stay again..or to recommend.

We loved this stay which was only made better by the community around it. The breakfast was really tasty. The biscuits and gravy tasted like they were made by a groups of Nana's. Although this wasn't our experience, during breakfast, someone came in needing to check out a day early due to hurricane Helene. They worked with her to make sure she received a full refund and were so lovely doing so. Would stay here again.

Very cure and very clean
I travel a lot for work and I always appreciate cleanness and comfort. This was one of those places that fulfilled my expectation. The cuteness and the cleanliness of this motel was just outstanding. Before I booked I read the reviews. And honestly it was just like the reviews. It was super clean and comfortable. Next time I am in Lancaster, PA I am definitely staying there again:)

This is great motel. Staff is super friendly. Nice outside areas for relaxing. Clean room and the mini-fridge was a nice bonus. Breakfast was pretty good too.
