Nice clean room and lobby. My only disappointment would be the breakfast. I would have hoped for eggs and sausages or bacon instead of bagels and yogurt. I took for granted that would be the case because it was a Hilton and expect better in that regard.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in. The rooms were clean and looked great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a bit noisier since the hotel is just off the main road and our room was facing the main road but we didn’t mind. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and fresh. Hilton has really brought this hotel back. The room would have been better if some plastic cups had been provided along with a coffee maker

Properly was well kept inside + out. Beds were conformable, coffee was good. During breakfast hours sometime they would let the regular coffee run out.The music in the check in area was not good. This is a community that mostly older people are staying here. Easy listening music would be good.

Room was fantastic and the service was great. Only problem was breakfast was not happy that it was only bagels and yogurt and muffins which i can not eat due to food allergies. Gluten free and so are my dsughters with celiac. Nice area close by to wawa and dunkin donuts.

We enjoyed our stay at Sparks in Lancaster. The hotel was very clean. We had plenty of towels. There was an adequate Bagel Breakfast. Its convenient to alot of local attractions and activities.

TV never worked properly; reported it and was awarded points for the inconvenience. Clerk was kind enough to switch tv in lobby to football game I wanted to see. Breakfast is super basic - bagels, cereal, muffins - but will get your day going. Apparently, hotel is a refurbishment of an old hotel, another guest shared this, and while overall the renew is very nice, the repainting of the bathtub is a failure. My husband was washing out something in the tub, and came away with paint on his arm. Was told housekeeping was every other day, but never visited our room the 3 nights we stayed. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel curb appeal was nice. The lobby to our room was like brand new! The air in the hotel was very good. All the staff very helpful! The room was as advertised, very good, and would stay here again!!!
