Almost everything was nice. I only complain is the quality of the eggs at breakfast. They just tasted really bad and not like eggs should taste. They also look somewhat anemic.

People nice. Food choices limited for breakfast. Tv didn’t work one night and had to get help to fix and turns out secret button on it had to be pushed to turn back on. Overheard people complaining about fridge doing same thing. Shower had mildew. Safer and cleaner than quality inn at same exit. Spacious room.

The toilet did not operate correctly. Sluggish did not flush properly. TV remote was weird and had to be manually reset by the front desk. No Body wash, no lotion & no Kleenex. Room was nice and quiet but these other issues overshadowed the goodness!

The front desk attendant, Alexa, was rude and completely unprofessional. Due to her own errors, she stated that our reservation would not be honored and told us it was our responsibility to resolve the issue. This was all taking place at 11:00 pm with no option of staying somewhere else. She then moved on to the next customer and was no help to me or my husband until we stated we were going to contact her management. She then stated, close to an hour later, that would try to call to see if someone knew what the issue is. Again, this was all after I said we were going to contact her management. The error was her error alone and was due to her trying to charge an incidental charge to a third party (Expedia). She told us at the beginning our card was declined when in fact it was already paid for and what was being declined was the digital/virtual payment from the third party (Expedia) of whom we booked the room through because she was over charging them. The way she spoke to us was very disrespectful, degrading, unprofessional and humiliating in front of other customers accusing us of being the cause of this error. Everybody makes mistakes and it’s not the error that is the issue. The way we were treated and the way it was handled is the issue.
