Zu teuer gemessen an Ausstattung und Ambiente!
Lage, Ausblick schön, Schwimmmöglichk. gut - ebenso Küche und Waschmaschine.... - A B E R: Kein Internet, trotz Nennung b. Ausstattung, d.h. auf eigene Kosten per Handy-Hotspot ins Internet (manche MÜSSEN dies nutzen können...) Handtücher+Bettwäsche, auch trotz Nennung bei Ausstattung, erst nach Aufforderung erhalten. Dusche nur Handbrause, ohne Befest.-Mögl., sehr eng; Mini-Waschbecken wie im Wohnwagen, VIEL zu klein Fenster Kü.-+ Fenster Bad NICHT zu öffnen->Dampf hängt im Haus. TV funktionierte nicht - vll lag es an uns. Spülmaschine ging nicht - Vermieterin will neue kaufen. Betten bis 1.90 m Größe ok, aber dann Fußleiste am Ende... Beleuchtung im WoZi ungemütlich, nur Deckenlicht, wie im Bahnhof, keine Leselampen. 0 Sonnenliegen für draußen. 1 Schrank für 4 Leute - oje! Gut, dass wir nur 2 waren... Kein Wäscheständer - was tun bei Regen? Fazit: Im Vergleich zu den ca. 20 anderen Häusern, die wir im Verlauf von bald 10 Jahren in der Bretagne besucht haben, einfach nur sehr enttäuschend bei dem Preis!

natürlich wild, einzigartig, lohnenswert, einfach
Für 5 Personen mit Hund etwas eng, aber praktisch eingerichtet, an genialer Lage direkt an der wilden Küste, stürmisch natürlich, schön. Wir hatten keinen persönlichen Kontakt zur Gastbeberin, sie war aber stehts hilfreich für alle unsere Anliegen per Whats up zur Stelle. Durchaus eine Reise wert.

Un excellent séjour...comme d'habitude
Après 2 années de privation de Bretagne pour cause de crise sanitaire, le retour à Lanildut dans la maison de Claire était attendu avec impatience! La vue exceptionnelle, le calme absolu seulement troublé par le bruit de l'Océan, le réaménagement des chambres, du salon et de la cuisine avec du matériel neuf et d'excellente qualité, l'installation d'une douche prévue cet hiver en remplacement de la baignoire et tout sera parfait pour un prochain séjour!

Hat alles gepasst für uns
Die Lage des Ferienhauses, die Umgebung, die Ruhe, direkt am Wasser, fast privater Strand, Felsen, zentrumsnah... man kann beqeum im Dorf sein Frühstücksbaguette mit dem Fahrrad holen und sonstige Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs, einschl. Lebensmittel. Ich kann gar nicht aufhören die Lage zu beschreiben. Große Terrasse und großer Garten ums Haus herum. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder und Surfbretter in der Garage unterbringen, unser Camper hat direkt vorm Haus seinen Parkplatz gehabt. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles einwandfrei und sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir können kein französisch, trotzdem hat die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, reibungslos geklappt. Alle Fragen wurden schnellstens beantwortet. Ja, ich gebe zu: Die Interverbindung hat ab und zu gefehlt, aber das soll sich ja ändern. Für uns war alles super - auch für unsere 2 kleinen Hunde. Und dann noch: Die tollen Sonnenuntergänge - einfach schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

1 Monat im Paradies
Dieses Haus hat ein Traumlage, wenn man, so wie wir, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht. Es ist sehr einfach, aber funktional eingerichtet, die Räume bzw. die gesamte Wohnfläche sind klein, aber sehr, sehr sauber und praktisch. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter ist perfekt, als in den ersten Tagen der Geschirrspüler nicht mehr funktioniert hat, war am Abend ein neuer bereits montiert. Danke nocheinmal dafür! Die Küche ist neu, mit Induktionsherd und einem herrlich grossen Eiskasten mit grossen Tiefkühlabteilen. Das Badezimmer wird anscheinend nächstes Jahr neu gemacht, darauf freuen wir uns schon. Wir waren 1 Monat im Hochsommer dort und haben jeden Tag genossen. Kein Wlan und ein sehr schlechter Mobilfunkempfang zwingt einem zu „digital detox“, einfach herrlich! Unser Teenager war naturgemäss etwas unhappy darüber. Aber jeden Tage die Sonne blutrot ins Meer versinken zu sehen, weil die Terrasse und das Grundstück nach Westen zeigen, ist viel besser! Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein (fast) Privatstrand, dort kann man bei Flut und zusammengebissenen Zähnen (16 grad C) direkt in den Atlantik tauchen. Wir lieben die Bretagne, besonders das Finistere (ohne Touristenmassen) und dieses kleine, feine Häuschen, wir kommen wieder!

Tres decus par le salon, inconfortable
Vue imprenable mais salon tres tres inconfortable . Maison froid a notre arrivee. Le prix de la location a tres fortement augmente en 2 ans sans justification puisqu'il n'y a toujours pas la wifi. Et le salon est nul.

Prachtige rustige plek met supermooi uitzicht
Het huis is prachtig gelegen aan zee vlakbij het wandelpad GR45. Het weer was wisselend, fijn dat er een bad is om op te warmen nadat we waren natgeregend. We vonden de inrichtingen erg basic en niet gezellig, de bank in de woonkamer zit niet lekker, dat is jammer.

Néanmoins gâté par la propriétaire qui nous a réclamé un ménage qu'elle a estimé non fait. De plus nous avons payé l'eau et l'électricité sans connaître les relevés des compteurs à notre arrivée limite arnaque).D'autre part nous avons été incommodé par des odeurs de peinture récente. A déplorer aussi le canapé (qui n'en avait que le nom) très inconfortable.

Un cadre de rêve
Cette maison propose un cadre de rêve, un coucher de soleil magnifique sur la mer, un accès direct aux sentiers et aux rochers. Une petite crique immédiatement accessible. Bref un lieu parfait. Seul petit bémol, le fait de payer l’eau et l’électricité en plus (vu le prix de base...) et surtout que pour chauffer la maison il faut prévoir un bon budget. Mais franchement, le cadre de vie vous fait tout oublier et pardonner

La vue est sublime, le sentier côtier bien pratique, mais la maison mal isolée, très longue et très chère à chauffer. A savoir: l'équipement sur place est minimal (pas de savon à mains par ex.). On a connu hébergements plus accueillants à ce prix.
