XVIth century house renovated and independent in a preserved natural setting in the heart of a rural property of 10 hectares of meadows and woods at 12 kms from Bergerac in the Dordogne valley.

Very quiet location with no close neighbors, comfort (accommodation classified 4 *) and authenticity will be there during your stay.

Wunderschönes Altes Landhaus mit Komfort und viel Platz
Idyllisch, ruhig, perfekt zum Relaxen, schöner Wohnraum mit zahlreichen Rückzugs Möglichkeiten , traumhaftes Drumherum, typisches Périgord- Flair - Landleben pur! Sehr sympathischer Vermieter. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Cadre splendide et calme avec une grande piscine impeccable et une belle vue sur le jardin et la campagne depuis la véranda de la maison. un endroit parfait pour des vacances en famille
Je recommande chaudement la maison de vacances "La Marmette". Pour les amoureux de la nature, vous avez trouvé l'endroit parfait. La maison est spacieuse, décorée avec goût, très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée, et ultra propre: on se sent tout de suite chez soi.Un petit coin de paradis , une piscine immense, rien qu'à vous.... beaucoup d'espaces.

une semaine en famille très agréable et reposante.
Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé, La maison en pierres anciennes pleine de charme est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la maison dispose de deux salles de bains. Les enfants se sont amusés dans le grand jardin et le préau qui offre une vue magnifique sur la campagne. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte pour tous ceux qui souhaitent se ressourcer au grand air et renouer avec la nature.

une excellente semaine en Périgord
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison de vacances située dans un cadre vraiment très agréable: maison typique dans le style de la région avec une jolie décoration et tout le confort que l'on peut espérer, le lieu est surtout très calme, seuls visiteurs du séjour les chevreuils et les chevaux. Une belle de vacances entre visites de tourisme et repos à la location .

Perfect !
This beautifull farmhouse was all that the description says andso much more ... You cannot really put into words the feeling of tranquillity, you have to experience it. Everything has been thought of for guests, there is so much space, a really flexible place to stay. The setting and the wildlife took our breath away, we didn't really want to go anywhere but exploring the immediate area was a delight. Evening meals at the back of the farmhouse looking the fields whith horses were the perfect way to end each day.

une belle semaine de vacances
Nous avons passé une belle semaine avec nos enfants dans cette maison. Sur place nous n'avons pas été déçus:la maison est typique de la région et très agréable et fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée, la literie est particulièrement confortable. Le jardin très fleuri est très agréable ainsi que la piscine. Quelques pas et on est dans les forêts, avec des jolies promenades à faire. Et la région est évidemment très belle.

Nous avons adoré
La location était tout à fait conforme aux photos, le propriétaire fort agréable présent pour la remise des clés. La maison est très confortable et très pratique même avec des jeunes enfants (8 ans et 4 ans), nous avons pu apprécier les journées ensoleillés en déjeunant dans le jardin pendant que les enfants profitaient pleinement des jeux mis à disposition. Sur les conseils du propriétaire, notre fille a pu apprécier la joie de passer une journée dans un magnifique ranch à proximité à monter à poney. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue, au milieu de la verdure avec des bains de soleil et parasols. La maison de vacances idéale.

De woning was super
Volledig geëquipeerd. De tuin is groot en staat vol prachtige bloemen. De woning is prachtig gelegen in een groene omgeving. De rust komt je tegemoet wanneer je er naar toe rijdt. in de omgeving vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is supervriendelijk. Het zwembad werd door onze twee meisjes elke dag wel bezocht en ook de stallen met de paarden konden op heel wat aantrek rekenen.

Heerlijk charmant en licht huis met mooi zwembad
We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit mooie charmante huis met bijhorend prive zwembad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prachtige serre. Binnen lekker koel terwijl het buiten dik 30 graden was. Het huis en interieur is up to date en leuk gestyled. Mooie tuin met mooie bloemen en verse kruiden. Het zwembad was heerlijk om in af te koelen. Alles was licht en schoon. Heerlijk om een week te verblijven als je van rust houdt en het goede Franse leven.

Il fait si bon séjourner ici
La maison est vraiment très agréable et confortable : il fait bon à y vivre tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Un beau cadre de vie avec le calme reposant des grands espaces. Nous avons pu découvrir les environs proches grâce aux multitudes sentiers de randonnées du secteur. Une mention particulière pour la chaleureuse auberge du village de Lanquais qui nous a accueillis à plusieurs reprises En un mot que du bonheur pendant une semaine.
