Reserved a two-room suite. Was notified the day of that this room was not available. Was told we would be put in two separate adjoining rooms for the same price. I said that would be fine. The two rooms were not adjoining! This made it difficult to socialize. Also, one of the rooms had two dirty folded wash clothes left in corner of room, dirty bathroom floor, dirty frig(inside) to name a few things. We checked in late in the evening or I would have requested new room. Would not recommend this hotel.

Well past time to update!!!
This place needs a major upgrade. For starters there are no full size pillows, the only set of blinds are the block out. All of the 1990’s furniture was very old and beat up. Large Bathroom but unfortunately could never get hot water to the shower, turned on high for a good 5 minutes before getting in and not a warm shower at all. The sink in the bathroom took forever to drain.Up charge for this hotel for a MSU football game was ridiculous. I will never go back and recommend to anyone spend a few more bucks and go somewhere else.

We arrived at 3:30 to check in (3:00 check in time) and were told that a room would not be available for two hours because they were so busy the night before. So we killed an hour and an half and I called to verify that they had a room for us and was told they did. We checked in and were sent to a room where the housekeeper was just getting started cleaning. Finally got a room after another trip to the front desk. Then when we went put our 4yr old grandson to bed, the sofa bed wasn’t made. Another trip to the front desk. The property is old but reasonably clean and kept up but the these issues are a serious problem.

Worse hotel I ever stayed at. I had to leave after a night and they wouldn’t refund me and charged me for entire stay. We had massive bugs in our room and they said they would be in the next morning with an exterminator and never showed up.

Just Horrible
It was the worse hotel I ever stayed at. The floors were stained and the bedding and couches were broken down. I woke up to bugs all over my room. When we told the hotel staff we were checking out early and we needed refunded they were super rude.

Somehow the hotel cancelled my reservation so upon check in they had to create a new one. Strange. The property is old and needs updating. Interior carpets looked dirty but may have been just worn out. The entire first floor smelled like marijuana the entire time. Breakfast was fine for what it is. Nothing special.
