Mr. Willis, who checked us in was incredibly kind, helpful and so lovely. He made an otherwise simple and easy stay, feel elevated. He made a concerted effort to be extra helpful knowing my son was taking the SAT the next morning. You are lucky to have such a passionate staffer. Made this feel like a five star hotel!

This is a fairly new property and is well maintained. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Good location with restaurants, bars, shopping etc in walking distance. The fitness room was a little lacking. But overall it was a good stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The pool shower was broken. The pool water was cloudy and needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was okay. The elevator was broken on the day of my check out and so I had to make three trips up and down three flights of stairs.

Beds were very comfortable. Curtains could close more to block out lighting. Overall a great place to stay and will have Fairfield Inn & Suites at the top of my list for future stays.

Great hotel. Well located, clean, modern, large rooms, comfortable beds. Only issue was very poor breakfast choices. Previous stays at this hotel have been ok but this time the breakfast was lacking

Nice stay!
Very good experience for a 6 day stay while attending a training. Friendly, helpful staff. I was looking forward to using the pool, but found it too small to want to go in after a group of kids were in the pool. Great breakfast!

We arrived closer to 6pm. At arriving the concierge was very friendly and customer service oriented. The next day only two employees were present (lobby and breakfast area). When basic necessities were requested it took time for us to received one item and for the other items I was told to go to the lobby and pick them up.
