Nice hotel. Disappointed there wasn’t a bathtub. We spent more money to get a bathtub. Desk clerk tried to provide comfort but couldn’t explain why the room is advertised. She said we would have to contact hotel direct to ensure. She doesn’t have any authority to make proper adjustment

Enjoyed the valet a lot. The people running it were quick and smooth. No issues at all. Great stay. Will always use this hotel whenever I need to stay in East Lansing.

The property was beautiful, the front desk staff and bar staff were fantastic. My problem, and it's a huge one, is that valet delivered my car upon my check out on a completely flat tire, 0 PSI. When we brought it to the valet attendants, he said he was sorry that he didn't even notice. Unfortunately, driving it on the rim like he did caused more damage, so we were 2 hours from home with a cracked rim and flat tire, on a Sunday. Getting home from our trip was a nightmare. Once we got the tire to where we could fill it up with air you could hear the air coming out at such a fast, loud rate there was no way this happened right before when we drove the car, we would have heard the air spewing out of the tire when we got out of the vehicle and handed it over to valet the night before. The valet driver must have hit a pot hole or a curb the night before when parking it and cracked the rim which is why it was at 0 PSI in the morning.

Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years but this last time it felt a bit run down. The staff were not pleasant and you had to chase them down the get your room cleaned. Would likely stay again as the location is great and it’s a cute spot but they need to work on the staff and cleanliness.

Great hotel to explore East Lansing
The room was very comfortable, the rooftop bar had a great view and was fun. The lobby was a comfortable place to read my book with a cup of coffee while waiting for the rest of my group to start their day. Very close to campus as well as the bars and restaurants.

Hotel is great! Amazing coffee shop in hotel. Great location also, lots of food/bars within walking distance, Target, Walgreens within walking distance,1 -2 blocks. Self parking is 1 block away. $20 a day. Rooms are clean but there is major dust in corners on carpet and no waters in fridge like they said there would be. No one answered the front desk when called down 3 separate times. Will still stay there again. dog friendly
