Great stay!
Great stay! We didn’t know what to expect, hadn’t stayed at an HI Express before. We were in town for a sports tournament. Great experience, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and recently renovated so everything was new and in great condition (including the bathroom). We had a great experience and would stay again.

The hotel was great. I thought the taxes were excessive. There was no place to hang our clothes? We were there for a wedding. We kept the carrier from the lobby to hold our clothes. We had handy cap accessible room but my mother couldn’t use the shower because it had a tub in it? The staff was awesome! Check in was great! It was pricy but I guess everything is today? I would recommend

Discovered that a $250 Carhartt jacket was left behind upon our arrival home. Staff and manager ‘checked the room’ and didn’t find it. Left it hanging in the closet, no questions asked. Housekeeping staff obviously stole the jacket and won’t admit to it. Will never willingly stay at a Holiday Inn again.

The walls and floors are a little thin, so can hear when people walk around above and below, and front door frame has gap, so alot of corridor noise when other patrons go in and out. The gap is noticeable because the thin beam of light enters the room. Think better spacing between guests should be thought of especially during non peak seasons when giests are few and far between. .

6 person suite was just a normal size room with a couch hide-a-bed. Room initially looked nice enough but got in late and to get three kids showered and to bed, only to discover 3 towels and no shampoo or conditioner. Otherwise nice, but those details are important.
