The parking lot could have has salt or sand put down as it snowed overnight and there was a layer of ice below the fallen snow an my husband fell and was a lot hurt really bad.

Last minute reservation I made due to weather and my schedule. Seemed a good deal. Carlo was initially rude and dismissive-not sure why. Was put in room 213 where the sink was cracked, the toilet handle was loose and after using a couple times had to be screwed back on to use again. Glass door of shower at top hinge had a screw that was too small and had drawn through the hinge plate causing it to rotate and make the door look and feel unsafe. There was a definite dark ring of filth around the shower about 8-10 inches from the shower floor. Asked for a late checkout when arriving due to my schedule-was given 12 pm. Housekeeping was never told but knocked on my door at 1105 am and when I let them know I had a late checkout, I was told by the housekeeper that they only let people stay until 12pm. I let her know it was 1105. Ugh. Not worth all of the broken things and stress. Should have paid more to stay elsewhere. Regretfully

It’s pretty cool and there are shopping areas a walk distance from the place so if you’re looking for a simple peaceful place to be, I’d say you should check here out

Monday prior to arrival desk clerk said he’d pick me up at the airport. Called upon arrival different clerk rudely said they provided no such service. Following day no maid service was provided, no linens, dirty towels left on the floor still remained. No one had entered my room to clean it. I had a two night stay so my room should have been serviced. Breakfast was sparse and low quality. Coffee was so bad I just poured it out.

Clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast room was nice and food was fine. Some maintenance and updating needed, especially in bathroom. Thin walls made it unpleasant to have loud fighting neighbors. The location is convenient to our daughter's so we will likely be back.

Bathroom Mishap

Everything was good except for the bathroom. I don’t believe it had been cleaned. There were fresh towels, but there was a drop of urine on the toilet seat, and there were streaks of dirt in the shower. I had to clean both before I could use them. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.
