It was our first time to stay at Sheraton and it was wonderful. I booked it here because of the size of the room. It's very spacious and of course it's very clean. I love the bath tub and rain shower. I love the buffet dinner (featuring a whole lechon) and breakfast especially on the weekends there's taho! I noticed most of the guests are Koreans so it's quiet! We love the pools especially the kiddie pool down the beach! My son loved playing there. Love the kids club too! Staff are very nice and friendly. Overall, it was an amazing experience! Beautiful and luxurious resort.

The hotel is in an area going through some gentrification, there is extreme poverty outside of the hotel. It’s a bit further away from Cebu city and NewTown which is the new area. Grab rides will take longer. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are large and kept very clean. The onsite dining is also great and loaded with various options from local to international cuisine. Quite a number of Japanese and Korean tourists. My only small gripe is upon check out the front desk kept running various transactions to get the final settlement bill completed. She kept entering the wrong amount, and then refunding it. She did it 3 times, which triggered a fraud alert. I told her that is not acceptable, and could cause issues since I would have to swap my USA SIM card out to clear the alert. Front Desk should be trained to carefully run these transactions upon guest check out. This also then forced me to pay my Grab ride in cash or pesos or PHP. They should measure 3 times and “cut once”. Highly recommended for people traveling with families.

I'm glad we decided to stay here. The place has an amazingly designed rooms. High ceilings. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had on this trip. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this resort.
