Mattress felt like worn out plywood. Musty and dingy smell. Overly noisy appliances. Pictures of the room were absolutely not a representation of actual appearance. Clearly understaffed. Will never book again.

Overall the stay was good, but there was stains on the carpet and garbage under the chair cushion. My room was next to the elevator and I heard that all night long. They should never rent that room.

The toilet flush suddenly didn't function during the night. Fortunately, I saw that the chain had come off and was able to hook it back on. Had to do it several times during the night. What if I didn't know how to fix it?!! There were no coins available for the coin laundry and it takes $2.50 for a washer cycle and $1.50 for the dryer! There is also only one of each. We had to beg the restaurant we ate in to provide us change in quarters. The hotel staff were completely indifferent and offered zero help on how to get the quarters we needed. The room rates weren't any cheaper than other places, so I would strongly advise people to stay elsewhere.

Chose the hotel based on picture of Fitness Center and picture was not accurate. Fitness center is very poor. A/C in room rattles and is very noisy. TV remote does not turn TV on or off and does not control volume
